A person in a narrative work of arts such as novel, play, TV shows and series, and films, is called a character performing strange, weird, odd or eccentric behavioral character of a person played by an actor. A particular character, enacted by an actor in the theater, or cinema, involving illusion of being a human person. Since the late 18th century, the term in character has been used to describe an effective character and impersonation by an actor, and in the 19th century, actors, writers create characters, and practice characterization of the person they mimic. Type or type casts is a character represents a particular group and class of people. The main character or narrative is known a protagonist is also the same person as the focal character (the character on whom the audience focus their interest and attention), while the antagonist is a character or group of characters, or institution representing the opposition against which the protagonist must strive or struggle in opposition or against difficulties with the antagonist), thus, an antagonist is a person or a group of people who oppose the  lead or  main characters.  The action in the story in a classic style  consist of the protagonist as the hero fighting the antagonist or villain or enemy. In both films or theater, examples such as the main antagonist in The Lord of the Ring, Sauron, identified as the Necromancer, who constantly battles the series’ protagonists. Sometimes, a protagonist work will play a particular character, only to dispose of that character unexpectedly, as a dramatic device or literary technique of any standardized method to convey the author’s message, which is also known as false protagonist, an example is the character of Marion in the 1960′s Psycho an Alfred Hitchcock episode. In most cases, the audience usually identify with the protagonist. In the Ancient Greece theater, three actors portrayed all of the main dramatic roles ending in a tragedy, which the protagonist portrayed the leading role, while the other roles were portrayed by deuteragonist, the second most important character, after the protagonist and before the tritagonist is the third most important narrative  character, after the protagonist and deuteragonist.

The scary character of Lord Voldemort (born Tom Marvolo Riddle) is the main antagonist and a fictional character of J.K. Rowling’s series of Harry Potter. In the Harry Potter series, Voldemort is the Harry Potter’s archenemy,  and has the power to defeat the Dark Lord according to a prophecy. Most witches or wizards never dares to mention his name, instead they refer to him by epithets or a descriptive word or phrase, such as Dark LordYou-Know-Who or He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. To achieve pure-blood dominance, Voldemort uses Muggle (a person who lacks any sort of magical ability, and was not born into the world of magic)and wizarding. Through Voldemort‘s mother’s family, he is the last wizard Salazar Slytherin descendant, one of the four founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Lord Voldemort is the leader of the group of evil wizards and witches, called Death Eaters, dedicated to ridding the Wizarding World of Muggles and establishing Voldemort as its supreme ruler.

An English actor, Ralph Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes born 22 December 1962, best known as Shakespeare, he first achieved his successful career onstage in the Royal National Theater. In 1993, Fiennes earned a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in his portrayal as Amon Goeth, Nazi war criminal in Schindler’s List, and for Best Supporting Actor in the Golden Globe Award and won the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. Fiennes, earned his second Academy Award nomination for Best Actor in his performance as Count Almásy  in the 1996′s The English Patient, as well as BAFTA and Golden Globe nominations. Fiennes has starred in the 1998′s The Prince of Egypt, 1999′s The End of the Affair, 2002′s Red Dragon, 2005′s The Constant Gardener and the 2005 to 2011′s the Harry Potter film series and played the role Lord Voldemort, 2008′s The Reader and 2010′s Clash of the Titans. In 2012, Fiennes also portrayed Gareth Mallory and M in the Skyfall a James Bond film and Magwitch in Great Expectations. Ralph Fiennes is an ambassador for UNICEF UK and work in India, Uganda, Romania and Kyrgyztan. While a student at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Fiennes met English actress Alex Kingston, both are still students at that time, and married in 1993, after dating for ten years. In 1997, the couple divorced. Ralph Fiennes began an affair with his Hamlet co-star, Francesca Annis in 1995, and left Kingston in 1996, the following year, they were divorced in 1997.  Fiennes, age 50 and Annis, age 68, separated in February 2006, after 11 years together.

Rubeus Hagrid is a Harry Potter’s fictional character book series written by J.K. Rowling.  Rubeus Hagrid is described as a half-giant and half-man, the gamekeeper, Keeper of Key and Grounds of Hogwarts, introduced in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the primary setting for the first six novels. In the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban third novel, Rubeus Hagrid is promoted to Care of Magical Creatures teacher, and later becomes an Order of the Phoenix‘s  member. Hagrids pets are a large but cowardly boardhound dog, named Fang, and Aragog, an Acromantula, a giant sentient spider who can talk, who can create a unique clicking noise as he moved in search of prey. Hagrid found him a mate, he named Mosag, with whom Aragog bore an entire colony of giant spiders. It was Aragog who revealed Harry and Ron that he was not the Monster of Slytherin, but another creature. Although Aragog allowed his children spiders to attack Harry, Ron, and Fang, they were saved at the last minute by Mr. Weasley’s flying car, which had been lost months before, in the forest. Aragog remained for the rest of his life in the Forbidden Forest.

Professor Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore is one of the J.K. Rowling’s series Harry Potter’s protagonist and a major character. For most of the series, Dumbledore is the headmaster of the wizarding Hogwarts school, and as a part of his back story, revealing that he is the founder and leader of the organization Order of the Phoenix, dedicated to fighting Lord Voldemort ,the main antagonist of the series. The first Professor Dumbledore is portrayed by actor Richard Harris in the film adaptions of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. The remaining series of Harry Potter, Professor Dumbledore is portrayed by Michael Gambon, after Richard Harris’ death, for all of the remaining films. According to Rowling, she chose the name Dumbledore, which is an Early Modern English word for bumblebee, because of Dumbledore fashion and love of music, and she can imagine Dumbledore, walking around and humming to himself.

Gambon is a highly respected theater actor, recognized for his roles as Philip Marlow in the BBC television series The Singing Detectives, in the 1990′s ITV series Maigret as Jules Maigret, and in the final six Harry Potter films as Professor Albus Dumbledore. At the age of 22, Michael Gambon married Anne Miller, but he has always been secretive about his personal life,  and in one interview he responded “what wife?”, when asked about his marital status. The couple is residing near Gravesend, Kent, where Anne has a workshop. Gambon was appointed a Knight Bachelor for “services to drama” in the 1998 New Year Honors, and on July 17, 1998 was invested by Prince Charles. Gambon and Miller have one son, Fergus Gambon, a ceramics expert on the BBC’s Antique Roadshow. Michael Gambon brought Philippa Hart to the set while filming Gosford Park and introduced her to co-stars as his girlfriend. In 2002, when the affair was revealed, Gambon moved out of the marital home and purchased a bachelor pad. It was revealed that Hart was pregnant with Gambon’s child, in February 2007,  and gave birth to son, Michael, in May 2007. Hart gave birth to her second child on June 22, 2009, a boy named William, who is Gambon’s third child.

Richard St John Harris was born October 1, 1930 – died October 25, 2002, was an Irish actor, singer, theatrical producer, film director and writer, and has appeared on stage and in many films, and best known for his role as Albus Dumbledore in Harry Potter film series first two films. Harris played as King Arthur in Camelot, the 1967 film and the revival of the show in 1982. Harris is well remembered for his role as an aristocrat and prisoner in 1970′s A Man Called Horse, in 2000′s Gladiator as Emperor Marcus Aurelius, and as Saint John in 2002′s Apocalypse Revelation, and many more noted characters he had portrayed. Richard Harris married Elizabeth Rees-Williams in 1957, daughter of 1st Baron Ogmore David Rees-Williams, and together they have three children, actor Jared Harris, who played Lane Pryce on AMC’s Mad Men, who was once married to Emilia Fox, actor Jamie Harris and director Damian Harris, once married to Annabel Brooks and now living with partner Peta Wilson. In 1969, Richard Harris and Rees-Williams divorced, after which Elizabeth Rees-Williams, married Rex Harrison. Harris’s second marriage was to American actress Ann Turkel, however, their marriage ended in a divorce. Harris was a member of the Roman Catholic Knights of Malta, and was also dubbed in 1985 as knight by the Queen of Denmark. Richard Harris was an alcoholic for longtime until in 1981, he became a teetotaler (a person who abstains totally from intoxicating or alcoholic drink), although he did resume drinking a decade later. Harris also gave up drugs after almost dying in 1978, from a cocaine overdose. In August 2002, Harris was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease, reportedly after being hospitalized with pneumonia. He died on October 25, 2002, at age 72, at University College Hospital, London, two and a half weeks before the American premiere of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. His remains were cremated, and his ashes were scattered in his home in The Bahamas. Harris and actor Peter O’Toole was a lifelong friend and his family reportedly hoped that O’Toole would replace Harris as Dumbledore in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, however, worries of insuring O’Toole for the six remaining films in the series, and he was ultimately replaced as Dumbledore by Sir Michael Gambon, the Irish-born actor.

Narcissa “Cissy” Malfoy, born Narcissa Black to Cygnus Black III and Druella Rosier, the youngest of three sisters, her older sisters are Bellatrix Lestrange and Andromeda Tonks. Narcissa Malfoy is a cousin of Sirius and Regulus Black and an aunt to Nymphadora Tonks, Andromeda’s daughter. Narcissa Malfoy attended Hogwarts, where she was in Slytherin. Narcissa married Lucius Malfoy, and together they have one son, Draco Malfoy, of whom she is extremely protective. Narcissa seems to share the Blacks family and her husband’s views on blood purity on the outside, her actions indicated that she is more concerned about the welfare of her family than helping Lord Voldemort. Narcissa Malfoy is portrayed by Helen McCrory in the Harry Potter film series.

Draco Malfoy was portrayed by Tom Felton in the Harry Potter film series. Slytherin is one of the four Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry’s  Houses, and is traditional home to students exhibiting such traits as cunning, resourcefulness, and ambition. Felton appeared in the 2011 film Rise of the Planet of the Apes, a reboot of the series of Planet of the Apes, his first post-Harry Potter film. Felton stated that his favorite villains in films is the Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, character Sheriff of Nottingham, portrayed by actor Alan Rickman, a fellow Harry Potter actor, and the characters in Harry Potter films, Lucius Malfoy, who played the father of Draco, and Gilderoy Lockhart. Tom Felton also stated, if he could play another character in the film, he would play Lucius Malfoy, or even Lord Voldemort. And when asked which house he would like to be in Hogwarts, he responded definitely he will chose Slytherin.

Severus Snape is a fictional character in the Harry Potter, characterized as an imperfection, cold and sarcastic, with controlled emotions and anguish, tragic or anti-hero of considerable complexity. Severus Snape is a Hogwarts teacher who is hostile from the start toward Harry Potter, in the firs novel of the film series, and is built up to be the primary antagonist until the final chapters. Severus Snape is an exceptionally skillful wizard who teaches Potions at Hogwarts school. In the Harry Potter’s sixth novel, Snape teaches Defense Against the Dark Arts, a position which he was known to have desired throughout the series. Snape’s actions in some series, he seemed to serve Lord Voldemort, Harry Potter’s opponent, although Professor Dumbledore, Harry’s mentor, often advises him that, despite his actions and animosity, Severus Snape is trustworthy and can rely on his true loyalties. In the final novel, Severus Snape becomes the Headmaster of Hogwarts, after killing Dumbledore at the end of the sixth book. In the final chapters of the seventh book, Severus Snape himself dies at the hands of dark Lord Voldemort.

Alan Sidney Patrick Rickman is an English actor, born February 21, 1946, a former member of the Royal Shakespeare Company and a  renowned stage actor in modern and classical productions. Rickman’s breakout performance was in Les Liaisons Dangereuses, as the Vicomte de Valmont, for which he was nominated for a Tony Award. Alan Rickman is best known for his film performances as Hans Gruber in Die Hard, and as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, for which he won the 1991′s BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a supporting Role, and as Severus Snape in the Harry Potter film series, as Eamon de Valera in Dogma, a Michael Collins,Metatron and as Ronald Reagan in The Butler. At the age of 19, Alan Rickman met his girlfriend in 1965, Rima Horton, a Labor party councilor on Kensington  and Chelsea London Borough Council in 1986 to 2006. Alan Rickman and Rima Horton began living together since 1977.

6)  Moaning Myrtle

Moaning Myrtle is a ghost in the Ravenclaw House, that haunts the girl’s lavatory at the Hogwarts school second floor. The moaning myrtle ghost scares the students by her sobbing, whine, wail and complain, especially when death is mentioned. Her constant moping and wailing causes lavatory  plumbing problems where she haunts. It is established in Chamber of Secrets, that the character of the moaning myrtle  is the ghost of a Muggle-born witch who died while a student at Hogwarts, fifty years ago. Myrtle was hiding and haunts the second floor girls’ lavatory to elude Olive Hornby, a classmate of hers who perpetually tormented her about her glasses, when the Chamber of Secrets was opened and the basilisk (a legendary reptile known to be king of serpents and said to have the power to cause death with a single glance) emerged and killed her. Tom Riddle otherwise known as Lord Voldemort, used her death to create his second Horcrux: his diary. Myrtle’s ghost haunted Olive everywhere she went, until Olive complained to the Ministry of Magic, which ordered Myrtle to return to Hogwarts, and since then, Myrtle has haunted the same lavatory where she died. Myrtle also helps Harry Potter with his second task in the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Triwizard Tournament. Myrtle thought Harry how to solve the golden egg puzzle, that he retrieved in the first task, by opening the egg underwater. Myrtle is shown being much less miserable, and enjoys having Harry briefly to herself to boss around, and later meets Harry in the lake where she directs him to the merpeople’s village and says they don’t like her. Moaning Myrtle appears to comfort Draco, in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, who is worried about the task Voldemort assigned him. Moaning Myrtle is portrayed by actress Shirley Henderson in the film versions of Chamber of Secrets and Goblet of Fire.

Shirley Henderson is a Scottish actress, born November 24, 1965, best known for her roles in Trainspotting as Gail, in Bridget Jone’s Diary as Jude and in the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as the ghost Moaning Myrtle. Henderson got her first big break in the ITV’s children’s television drama Shadow of the Stone, when Leonard White cast her as the lead character. In 2002, Henderson played the character as Jude in Bridget Jones films and as he ghost of Moaning Myrtle in 2002′s Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and the 2005′s Harry Potter and the Goblets of Fire. Shirley Henderson was the oldest actress to play the role of a child’s character in the films. Shirley Henderson also played as Sophie-Philippine, a French princess in 2006′s Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola, as Ursula Blake in the Love & Monsters, Doctor Who episode in2006, and as Emmeline Fox in the 2011′s The Crimson Petal and the White, and as DS Angela Young in 2011′s Death in Paradise and Meg Hawkins in 2012 Treasure Island. Henderson also played Karen as the lead role opposite John Simm in Everyday at Channel Four and as Meme Kartosov in Anna Karenina.

The Fat Friar is the ghost of the Hufflepuff House, a jolly man and very forgiving. In the film series of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, while the first years Hogwarts students are waiting for Professor McGonagall to return, the ghosts pass overhead, the Fat Friar is pleading on behalf of Peeves, the Poltergeist to allow him to attend to the welcome feast despite his past wrongdoings. And the same thing, when Peeves wants to join the welcome feast in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the Fat Friar was willing to give him a chance. The Fat Friar ghost in the Philosopher’s Stone film is portrayed by actor Simon Fisher-Becker. Peeves is a poltergeist who causes trouble in Hogwarts who only listen and scared to the Bloody Baron ghost and Professor Dumbledore.

Simon Fisher-Becker is an English film, stage and television actor, a comedian and also plays weird characters and antagonist, born November 25, 1961. Simon Becker’s most notable roles as ghost of The Fat Friar in the Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, and as Dorium Maldovar in Doctor Who series 5 and 6. Becker, a versatile character actor, work has covered a wide spectrum, from Shakespeare to panto’, film, television, radio and theater. Fisher-Becker walks with a stick , a result of an attack when he was a victim of crime  in March 2009, when he was attacked at a petrol station by three youths and was badly beaten. He was left with permanent damage to his spine (vertibrae C4-T2) and a damaged knee. The severe damage cause by the attack where he was still recovering from his injuries in December 2009 and therefore was not able to appear in Panto, and as a result, he was available for the casting to play the role of Dorium Maldovar in Doctor Who.

7)  Griphook

Griphook is a goblin and a Gringotts employee until the Second Wizarding War. After Rubeus Hagrid presents the key of Harry Potter and the letter of Professos Dumbledore to an unnamed goblin in the Gringotts’ lobby, Griphook is called to escort Harry and Hagrid through the rail-system in the underground world to Harry’s vault, and afterwards to Vault 713 to retrieve the Philosopher’s Stone, and afterwards, Griphook is not heard again until the Deathly Hallows, when the Snatchers keeping Griphook in captive also captured Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Dobby, the house elf saved Griphook, along with Harry, Ron, and Hermione, and successfully escapes to Shell Cottage. Harry Potter needs to take a Horcrux from the vault of Bellatrix, and needs help from Griphook who was reluctant to help them break into Gringotts, in exchange for the Gryffindor sword, but during their escape, Griphook betrayed Harry, Ron and Hermione to the other goblins and escaped with the sword. Griphook is shown dead among other goblins, in the movie, and the sword of Gryffindor vanishes before Voldemort can see it (this scene does not appear in the book). Griphook insist that the sword belongs to the goblins,however, the sword reappears when Neville Longbottom,pure-blood Gryffindor student in Harry’s year, breaks free from Voldemort’s Full Body-Bind curse, pulls the sword from the Sorting Hat and beheaded Nagini (the snake,The seventh Horcrux) the constant companion of Voldemort. Nagini is the only living Horcrux apart from Harry Potter, created by Voldemort when he was hiding in the Albanian forests, the victim of murder was Bertha Jorkins, who led to its creation. In the film adaptation of Philosopher’s Stone, Griphook was portrayed by Verne Trover and in the Deathly Hollows films, Warwick portrayed Griphook and Filius Flitwick.

Troyer is an American actor and stunt performer, born January 1, 1969, notable for his height of 2 ft 8 in as the result of Cartilage–hair hypoplasia (CHH), also known as McKusick type metaphyseal chondrodysplasiacartilage-hair hypoplasia dwarfism, named him one of the shortest men in the world. Troyer is best known for his appearance in the comedy film Austin Powers 2 and 3 series playing the role as Mini-Me character. According to reports, on February 22, 2004, Verne Troyer married model Genevieve Gallen but the following day an annulment was filed, although their engagement was widely reported, Troyer and his lawyer denied that Troyer and Gallen had any planned for a formal wedding, accusing Genevieve Gallen had fabricated the story for her own financial gain. Troyer has also battled with cocaine addictions and alcoholism. A private sex home video scandal was released on June 25, 2008, showing Troyer having sex with his former live-in partner-girlfriend Ranae Shrider, filmed in her hometown in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, and also during the 2008′s Easter Weekend at Raffles L. Ermitage Hotel, which was leaked by Ranae Shrider, to the public to TMZ. Peter Pettigrew, nicknamed Wormtail, is the only Death Eater known to have been in a House while at Hogwarts, other than Slytherin (Gryffindor). In the House, Wormtail became a close friend of Sirius Black, James Potter and Remus Lupin, although in this gorup, he was the least intelligent and least talented. Pettigrew becomes an Animagus, through the help of Sirius Black and James Potter, having the ability to transform at will into a rat. Peter Pettigrew joined  Voldemort forces, after leaving Hogwarts, and in exchange for his own life, he agreed to become a spy for Voldemort within the Order of the Phoenix, of which Pettigrew is a member. When the Potters learned that their son, Harry, is the target of Lord Voldemort, Sirius Black suggested to them to use Peter Pettigrew as Secret-Keeper because Sirius does not believe Voldemort would ever suspect a weak, talentless thing like Pettigrew. But Pettigrew betrayed the secret to Voldemort, an act that leads to James and Lily Potter‘s death (and unexpectedly will lead to, Voldemort’s near-destruction). Sirius Black seeks revenge on Pettigrew, but during the confrontation, Pettigrew framed up Sirius by accusing him publicly of the Potters’ deaths, murders twelve Muggles, and cuts off his own index finger before Pettigrew transformed into a rat. Pettigrew is awarded posthumously the Order of Merlin, and hide for the next twelve years. To keep an eye on the world of wizarding, Pettigrew disguises as a rat, first as pet of Percy Weasley, and then as pet of Ron Weasley, which the Weasley family nicknamed him Scrabbers, with his missing toe from one paw due to the finger he cut off. Wormtail begins strangling Harry with the silver hand, but when Harry reminded him that he once saved his life, Wormtail became hesitant for a moment, thus, the silver hand turns against him, strangled Wormtail to death as punishment for his moment of pity. However, in the book, Pettigrew is not strangled by his own silver hands to death in Malfoy Manor, but instead, Dobby, the house elf, struck him and collapses and is presumed killed. Sirius Black, nicknamed Padfoot, is the House of Black’s last heir, a once notable pure-blood Wizarding family. Sirius Black makes a final appearance toward the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ end when he is requested to appear in semi-living real form from beyond the Resurrection Stone veil to help Harry walk through the Forbidden Forest and sacrifice his own life to Voldemort. Actor Gary Oldman, played the character role of Sirius Black in the film adaptations of Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix and Deathly Hallows-Part 2.While the young Sirius as a teenager was played by actor James Walters a brief appearance in Order of the Phoenix.

Professor Firenze was a centaur, a Divination teacher from 1996 to 1998, at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy and part of the Forbidden Forest Centaur colony. Firenze saved Harry Potter in 1992, in the forest from Lord Voldemort, frightening him away and carried Harry on his back to a safer place. His centaur herd saw this as a dishonorable act, despite the heroic deeds, as they considered themselves as great cretures to be ridden by humans. About four years later, In March 1996, after four years, Headmaster of Hogwarts, Albus Dumbledore, hired him to teach Divination in Sybill Trelawney’s place, afterTrelawney was sacked by Dolores Umbridge. And again, the centaurs herd, saw this as a slavery act, and his herd attacked and banished him, and would have killed him were Rubeus Hagrid’s intervention. Sybill Trelawney was returned ti teach to her classroom after Professor Dumbledore was reinstated as headmaster, but since Firenze’s was still estranged with his centaurs colony, Dumbledore allowed Trelawney and Firenze to continue teaching, although Trelawney was uncomfortable with sharing her classes with a centaur. When Firenze was injured during the Battle of Hogwarts, he returned to his colony when the other centaurs realized and had come to the opinion that his pro-human leanings were not so shameful.

Raymond “Ray” Fearon age 46, is a British actor who has worked in theater, and known for his character as Nathan Harding, as a garage mechanic in Coronation Street on ITV’s long-running soap opera. Nanny McPhee has five very important base lessons to teach, emphasizing discipline, manners and acceptance of the consequences of an individual’s behavior,  each of which correspond to her unattractive physical appearance such as, grey hair, two large moles, a unibrow, and a snaggle-tooth protruding over her bottom lip, all of which give her the appearance of a stereotypical witch. Nanny McPhee is as ugly as the children are naughty, so every time a lesson is learned, one of her disfigurements vanishes, and so when all five lessons are learned, Nanny McPhee transforms from an ugly witch to beautiful woman.

Professor Sybill Patricia Trelawney was a Divination professor and a witch, teaching Divination alongside Firenze, the Centaur, at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Trelawney is also a Seer, she is the great-great-granddaughter of the famous Cassandra Trelawney. During her job interview with Professor Albus Dumbledore, Professor Sybill Trelawney who made the prophecy herself, and sees Harry Potter is the one with the power to vanquish Voldemort. Trelawney accurately predicted the return of Voldemort and the escape of Peter Pettigrew, at the end of school year 1993 to 1994. Trelawney was greatly distressed by Dolores Umbridge, who dismissed her and attempted to banish her from Hogwarts Castle, though Albus Dumbledore who allowed her to remain at the school. She continued to teach in spite of working together with Firenze, the centaur, but continued to teach, since Firenze was welcomed back to his herd. Professor Trelawney’s later life is unknown. Dolores Jane Umbridge was a witch who served as Senior Undersecretary to the Minister for Magic and Ministry of Magic under Ministers Rufus Scrimgeour, Cornelius Fudge and Pius Thicknesse. Umbridge had a wide power over the students, teachers, and the curriculum, which she exercise her influence in  a single entity rules with absolute power because of these three positions at Hogwarts. During her time at Hogwarts, Umbbridge was described by cruelty, abusive punishments against students, and because of her interfering and superiority attitude, most of the students and teachers hated her so much. Umbridge was sentenced to Azkaban for her crimes against muggle-borns, after the Second Wizarding War.

With a Through the Looking-Glass motif as it represents the game of chess, the Red Queen is described in the story as the antagonist, as she is the queen opposing Alice. Despite this, The initial encounter of Alice with the Red Queen is a cordial one, explaining the rules of Chess which concerns promotion specifying that Alice who started out as a pawn, can become a queen and reaching the eighth square at the opposite end of the board. In the chess game, as a queen, the Red Queen is able to move very fast and effortlessly.

The Knave of Hearts is a character from the Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland book. In the first in the chapter8, 11 and 12, The Knave of Hearts is mentioned dealing his trial for a tart burglary in which the presiding judge is the King of Hearts. Eventually, Alice defends the Knave when she was called as a witness, after the evidence becomes increasingly absurd, although The Knave of Hearts rarely speaks during the trial. The Mad Hatter (portrayed by Johnny Depp) is called to give evidence but spends his entire time being nervous in front of the King and Queen of Hearts, and the cook of the Duchess is called to tell the court what tarts are made of, the Knave does not offer a very good defense. The Knave denied he wrote a letter that mysteriously appears in the court, but that he already knows is not signed. Tweedledum and Tweedledee are fictional characters in an English nursery rhyme and in Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There by Lewis Carroll, who introduced two fat little men named Tweedledum and Tweedledee, quotes the nursery rhyme, which the two brothers then go on to enact. The Tweedle brothers never contradict with each other, even though when one of them, agrees to have a battle, according to the rhyme, they are also shown hitting each other as in Disney film in 1951. Tweedledum and Tweedledee are portrayed by Matt Lucas in the 2010′s film  Alice in Wonderland, whose face was digitally added to the bodies of both Tweedledum and Tweedledee. The characters Tweedledum and Tweedledee are the court jesters of the Red Queen, but are secretly part of the resistance that supports the White Queen. They help the White Rabbit lure Alice to Wonderland and but later help her escape the Queen’s soldiers, in the early part of the film, but are then caught themselves by the Jubjub bird.

It is written that he is irritated by other people’s joy and happiness and derives pleasure from disturbing the peace and spoiling other people’s merriment. Max, his long suffering pet dog, helped the Grinch planned a plot to sabotage the Whoville’s Christmas by costuming himself as Santa Claus, breaking into their homes to steal their holiday decorations and gifts. In spite of his evilness, the Grinch is happily accepted into society, reborn into a kinder self. However, in other media or artwork, the Grinch is still normally portrayed or recognized as a bitter and ill-tempered character.
